Conrad's Tire Express & Total Car Care

Jason Rearick a month ago

I am from the Columbus area and was here for a day trip to the rock and roll hall of fame. Got a flat tire at the worst possible time. Just barely got towed in time and AAA recommended this place. I was helped right away with very friendly and professional service with roughly an hour until close and they said I’d be helped regardless of the time. Not only that I was out within 45 minutes after being told my tire was repairable. The cost was under $40 which in my mind was a steal. My tire pressure light stayed off on my dashboard the entire drive home and I am still driving normally! Thanks Conrads!

I had a great experience at this Conrad’s location! The staff was able to fit me in toward the end of the day and they were friendly, efficient and clear. They offered me multiple options across different price points for the tire I needed replaced and I didn’t feel they were pushing me toward the more expensive option. I often bring my significant other when I get service on my car because I’m never sure how I’ll be treated as a solo woman, but, luckily, I had no problems - I was treated with respect and not talked down to. If I’m being honest, I initially chose this location for convenience - it’s not far from my work - but I will definitely be back in the future, even if there are other locations that are more convenient.

I had a great experience at Conrad’s downtown! I was able to schedule a same-day appointment with no hassle, communication was great, and everyone was super friendly. Huge shoutout to Justin and Steve for taking great care of my tires - they got everything done quickly and thoroughly. Definitely recommend!

Conrad’s downtown location is the best! They are always going above and beyond. I feel like they treat me as if I was a family member because they tell me the truth and they give recommendations they personally feel is best. The courtesy shuttle is helpful when needing to get back home for work. They were able to see my car and complete the work in one business day. I will continue to go here as long as I live in the area!

We have trusted Conrad's Downtown for the past 8 years to keep our 20+ yr.-old car in safe running condition. The integrity of this shop is beyond reproach & the manager & technicians are knowledgeable, helpful, certified, and honest. They send videos that show & explain areas of your car that are good, those that have a problem, and anything that may become a problem in the future. Their explanations are clear and detailed. Conrads does not try to 'up-sell' unnecessary repairs to the naive women & men among us. They offer a convenient shuttle service in the downtown area. Genuinely kind and wonderful people!
